We found out last year during April, we were approved by the United Nations Women and the UN Global Compact for the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). As WEPs Signatory, we aim to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment.  Our objective is to deepen, broaden, and strengthen our practice and to help shift behaviours for gender-responsive business conduct. This month we included our sustainability program into our formal policy. Sustainability for every part of your business. We learned what sustainability means our business. We will commit to re-evaluating every April to become better, stronger, more creative and emerge happy with our accomplishments.

Please see our Sustainability Policy, Gender-Based Violence Policy, and Domestic Violence Policy. DFALC has emphasized the need for gender diversity and placed it under the spotlight. We have taken steps towards gender equality and gender-inclusive practices, through implementing measures such as training for leadership and management.
