Masking Reminders

Masking requirements for DeLand Foot & Leg Center (DFALC):

Universal masking continues to be required in clinical settings which includes areas patients, staff, and visitors can typically access, including the lobby and conference room.
Those working in DFALC’s indoor non-clinical areas (any area that patients or visitors would not typically have access to) are no longer required to mask.

Federal COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate – Deadline March 28:

By March 28 2022, DFALC workforce members covered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) mandate must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive an approved exemption.
To maintain privileges, DFALC medical staff must become fully vaccinated & submit proof of vaccination or receive a medical/religious exemption.
